Who we are
RIBOLEYS is a small, independent concierge agency, founded in 2019 by two people who share a passion for entrepreneurship and property: Eva Riboldi and Pierre Leÿs. Originally from Lille, we fell for the Hérault and decided to build our life here.
It started with managing our own properties, then those of friends and family. Faced with the realities of the job and with very concrete needs, we wanted to go further: to offer a local, responsive service built on trust. That is how RIBOLEYS came about, an independent agency, committed to its clients and rooted in its area.
Eva Riboldi
With a Master’s in Business Unit Management from IAE Lille, I have always wanted to bring meaning to the way a business is run. After several years in large corporations, I wanted to refocus on something smaller and more human, built on closeness and quality. Pierre and I created RIBOLEYS to look after travellers and owners professionally, and with a smile. I take care of welcoming our guests, of their satisfaction during the stay, and of growing our network of clients and partners. What drives me: building relationships and making sure everyone feels at home.
Pierre Leÿs
Fascinated by business strategy and how organisations work, I began my career exploring several different fields. In 2018, Eva and I decided to change our lives and settle in Montpellier. That is where the idea for RIBOLEYS took shape, driven by the desire to build something of our own and deliver a genuinely good service. Since then I have run the agency side of things: administration, booking platforms, our website and the digital tools that make daily life easier for us and for our clients.
