Eva is a wonderful young woman—helpful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about her work. She’s a gem! The place is a haven of peace. Even though it’s still “a bit of a work in progress,” it has EVERYTHING you need inside. The property is exceptional and fully fenced, which is a real plus for dogs! Its location right near the beach makes it a real gem. It’s hard to find anything better at this price! Honestly, it’s fantastic!

We had a wonderful week on vacation. Eva is very friendly, welcoming, and always available throughout our stay. The house is well-equipped and close to the beaches, yet in a quiet location. Perfect! It was a pleasure!

A small, cozy, and well-equipped apartment—in my opinion, best suited for up to 3 people (more can sleep on the bed and sofa, but it’ll be cramped). There’s Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and air conditioning in the living room. A fan would be useful in the bedroom because it was stuffy. Bedding and towels are extra, and there’s no dishwasher (it wasn’t mentioned in the description). Great location—right by a shopping arcade with restaurants and stores, very close to the beach. There’s a bakery, a grocery store, and a produce stand nearby. Restaurants close around 11:00 p.m.–midnight; they weren’t a nuisance, and we couldn’t smell any food odors. One downside was the restaurant across the street, where very loud music played until around 2:00 a.m.—we could hear it and feel the bass. For people who like quiet, this could be a problem. Eva later explained that the music shouldn’t have been so loud due to the curfew, so reaching out to her during your stay might help. Eva is very nice, helpful, straightforward, and punctual. Overall, the apartment worked out well for a vacation stay.

A family with three children, we spent a week at Eva's place in Vias-plage. She proved to be an excellent host, proactive and friendly in her communication. The little house is at 300m from the beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants. You can park your car next to the house, which is a plus (except after 8 p.m. when the street is closed until the morning, but in this case you can leave the car in a nearby parking). The air conditioning was helpful on the hottest days. All in all, it was a practical accommodation according to our needs at a reasonable price. We can recommend it.

This place was very conveniently located and was pretty quiet. The AC was a true blessing and the home had everything it needed. We fit 2 families with kids no problem. Eva was very responsive and great to work with.

Eva gave us a very warm welcome—the place was available early, so she was kind enough to let us in!… The place was clean, and the shower was nice with good water pressure! It’s close to the beach and shops, and the exterior is nice. There was a bit of road noise, but by midnight, it was completely quiet! And with the windows closed, you can’t hear a thing!… Plenty of hangers and clothespins (which are hard to come by). We’re very satisfied, and thanks to Eva for her hospitality! Everything is within walking distance.

A fantastic stay thanks to Eva and her husband Pierre! A peaceful house in an extraordinary natural setting, located just 150 meters from the lovely beach at Vias-Plage. A large, enclosed yard—perfect for a dog or for playing games with the kids (petanque, badminton, soccer, etc.). The house is a bit rustic but functional and well-equipped for 6 people. The only things missing are a sofa inside (due to lack of space—but that’s not a problem since there are great lounge chairs for napping outside) and a water spigot to rinse your feet when you come back from the beach. There are plenty of fun activities nearby: walks along or around the Canal du Midi, an amusement park, go-karting, a pony club, an aquacanin center, etc. We had a minor issue during our stay, and Eva and her partner responded immediately—they came over and did everything they could to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. A big thank you—we’ll be back!

As for the complex, we were so lucky to have a secure parking spot and unlimited access to the pool. Everything was perfect! 🥰 The welcome was incredible; the owner is lovely, and her husband is also super kind and welcoming. We really felt right at home. The pool is amazing—very clean and really pleasant. There’s also plenty of dishes, which is super convenient for cooking and eating meals there. The washer and dryer are also a real plus, especially for a family vacation! The only slight downside is the pillows, which are really flat and thin, so not necessarily very comfortable. Other than that, no complaints—we had a great time and would love to come back! ❤️

A gorgeous apartment with plenty of storage space—it has everything you need to feel right at home. The beds are comfortable, as is the sofa bed. It’s a pleasant residence in an excellent location, with a dedicated parking spot—which is a real plus. Eva, who handles the key handoff, is very welcoming, friendly, and cheerful, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay went smoothly. Honestly, a big thank you. We went to various restaurants, enjoyed some great ice cream, went go-karting (on a beautiful track), and visited Fabrikus with friends. We went to the beach, took a boat tour on the Canal du Midi (no license required), and visited Cap d’Agde… it was a very full vacation.

Very well-maintained property, large garden, beautiful pool. Just a short walk to the beach and shopping. The apartment is clean. There’s even a private bocce court in the garden, and it’s a great place to play badminton and other games. The outdoor area, including the electric grill, is huge, and there’s plenty of space for everything.

Downside : The apartment felt a bit sterile—too much white on white—and the bedroom with the two beds, in particular, seemed cold and hospital-like. Just a few small decorative touches could make it feel more homey. The complex itself is pleasantly quiet, but there’s noise (from entertainment) coming from the campgrounds both in the morning and in the evening. We didn’t like Farinette Beach—it was too narrow, too crowded, and confined by earthen embankments. We always drove to other beaches. As for the apartment’s amenities: we would have liked a larger cooking pot—even for three people, cooking spaghetti was a bit tricky. Otherwise, it was quite well-equipped; there was even a salad spinner.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Eva gave us a very warm welcome and did her best to accommodate us despite her very busy schedule. The place is practically brand-new—everything was perfect. The garden-level floor, the pétanque court, and the plancha grill are truly great. The real bonus in this apartment is the air conditioning and ceiling fans for those sweltering days. Being close to the beach was also a must for us, and this apartment was exactly what we needed. Gated community, two private parking spots, washing machine—I highly recommend it. You can count on them; they’re the BEST. There was a small hiccup with the Airbnb review, but I’m making up for it here ;-).

We spent a week in Vias in a beautiful house that was very well-appointed, clean, and exactly as described. Eva and Pierre are very responsive, and the services they offer are just right! In short, we recommend it 200%! Thank you for everything—it was perfect!

The rental is in a great location right near the shops, with a lovely terrace and air conditioning. The terrace faces the bustling shopping street, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. There’s a private, secure parking spot, and the host is very welcoming and responsive. The only downside is that there’s no washing machine.

Everything was great! The place is perfect—it has absolutely everything you need. The outdoor area is definitely the biggest highlight, and so is the location—less than a 10-minute walk from the beach and shops. There’s parking, a pool, and Eva and Pierre from the concierge desk are really, really nice!

Downside : If I had to name one downside, I'd say that the AC is only in the living room, so it gets hot in the bedrooms, and there's a campground nearby with evening entertainment (don't forget your earplugs!).

Eva was incredibly friendly and easygoing. Beautiful resort near the beach.

The residence is in a great location and well-maintained; the pool is a real plus, since the ocean water is dirty. The apartment is nice, the kitchen is very well equipped, but the bedroom is small and the mattress is hard, and the shower needs work—there’s no grab bar, so you have to shut the door to soap up and wash, which isn’t up to a 3-star standard. We were a bit disappointed with this stay.

Excellent concierge service—Eva and Pierre are very welcoming, responsive, and always available. The house in Vias is a bit kitschy, but that’s what gives it its charm. Ideal location near the village. The garden is really pleasant, with plenty of shade—perfect for a dog. We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year.

A very spacious and well-equipped house. There were 4 adults and 4 children, and everyone had their own space; the loft was a real bonus for the kids, especially when the weather was bad. Eva is available if needed. We’ll be sure to keep this address close at hand.
