The regional daily looks at the choice we made: holiday letting in Vias and Vias-Plage, and nothing else. No sales, no year-round lettings.
It recalls that in late 2024 we obtained the professional property management licence, with civil liability cover and a financial guarantee, which allows us to collect the rent on the owners’ behalf.
The article sets out what the service covers: guests welcomed in person, listings managed, keys handed over, cleaning before and after each stay, and support seven days a week.
It introduces the team: Pierre on systems, Eva on day-to-day management and Cloé, our housekeeper. Eva explains that we also help owners with their tax returns and the tourist tax.
